YouthCrew is Camp Caravan’s youth leadership and mentorship program for teens who want to be part of the camp team.

YouthCrew members serve as junior staff, supporting daily camp life through games, activities, setup, and group leadership. Along the way, they receive guidance and mentorship from experienced senior leaders, building practical leadership skills in a real-world setting.

This is a hands-on opportunity to grow confidence, responsibility, communication, and teamwork—while contributing meaningfully to a joyful, values-centered community.

There is no cost to participate in the YouthCrew program, and it’s a great option for teens seeking leadership experience, volunteer hours, or a deeper connection to camp.
